I am diverse in my ability to understand and identify with others and I will meet them where they are. Spending many years as an active-duty military wife (22+) has afforded me the opportunity to meet and work with diverse cultures and ethnicities. I have a heart for working with our Military Families, Women, Children, and Blended families. Women's Encouragement, Coaching, and Mentoring are also areas of my practice, and after careful assessment, there will be times when these are preferred if guidance and direction are sought without the presence of mental health issues.
